HR Generalist – Talent & HR Operations (Madrid)

About the role

We are expanding our HR team in Madrid and need an HR Generalist focused on talent acquisition and HR operations. The role will support recruitment strategy, build talent pipelines, and assist with core HR activities to enable the company’s growth in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job platforms and external partnerships.
• Collaborate with universities and schools to attract early talent.
• Work with the marketing team on employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain HR documentation and support employee lifecycle activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong interest in recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
