HR Generalist (Temporary Replacement)

About the role

Regal Rexnord is looking for an HR Generalist to cover a temporary vacancy for 6 months. The role is fully onsite, based at the Regal Rexnord office in Zizurkil, Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through movements and separation
• Collect, validate and submit payroll, attendance, leave and time-correction inputs
• Maintain accurate employee and organizational data in Workday and other HR systems
• Support benefits, statutory documentation, leave administration and employee records
• Coordinate recruitment administration, offers, pre-employment activities and joining formalities
• Manage onboarding, induction, offboarding, exit interviews and separation documentation
• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, vacancies, turnover, absenteeism, payroll and employee movements
• Address employee concerns and support people leaders with policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance concerns and corrective actions
• Ensure confidentiality, compliance, data accuracy and timely completion of all HR processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• 4 to 7 years of relevant HR operations or HR generalist experience
• Good knowledge of local employment legislation and statutory requirements
• Manufacturing or multi-site experience preferred
