HR Internship - February/March 2027

About the role

Nestlé is offering a 6-month Human Resources internship starting in February/March 2027 in Barcelona. The intern gains exposure to the HR function by supporting employee lifecycle processes and departmental projects, learns the main HR Business Partner activities and helps with administrative tasks in the HR area. The internship is office-based, with a morning schedule from 9h to 16h including a 1-hour break.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle processes and various departmental projects
• Learn the main HR Business Partner activities and get a basic understanding of the day-to-day of an HR Generalist
• Help with HR projects and all administrative tasks related to the HR area

Required profile

• Enrolled in a degree or master's programme throughout the 6-month internship, with the expected graduation date stated in the CV
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Fluent in Spanish, spoken and written (Catalan is a plus)
• Flexible and autonomous, able to meet strict deadlines and give and receive regular feedback
• Precise and compliant with procedures and deadlines
• Good communicator

Required skills

• Excellent digital skills: PowerPoint, Word and Excel as a minimum
• Analytical and creative thinking, with the ability to influence and collaborate across the organisation
