HR Specialist Admin Intern – Payroll & Administration

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist Admin Intern to support our HR operations in Spain. This hands‑on role offers the chance to develop expertise in HR administration and payroll within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take the lead on monthly payroll processes and payroll updates.
• Manage employee joiners and leavers, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Support the preparation and management of employment contracts.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate HR administrative processes and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on payroll and employee administration.

Required profile

• Background in Human Resources, Payroll or HR Administration.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with sensitive information.
• Proactive and hands‑on approach.
• B2 English proficiency.
• Interest in developing strong expertise in HR operations.
• Enjoys working in an international and fast‑paced environment.
• Currently enrolled in an educational institution that can provide the necessary internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
