Implementation Specialist (DACH)

About the role

The Implementation team at Perk manages onboarding of new clients. We are looking for a German‑speaking Implementation Specialist to execute and launch implementations for DACH customers, ensuring successful adoption of the Perk platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams to implement new clients.
• Plan, execute, control and close implementation projects, including requirements documentation and client‑facing communications.
• Review contracts, optimise resource management and validate process quality.
• Serve as first point of contact for client escalations during implementation.
• Develop and implement strategy plans to achieve account ramp‑up goals.
• Communicate complex technical information in an easily understandable way.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing and delivering projects in an international environment.
• Native German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Organised, structured working style with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and adapt communication accordingly.
• Strong customer focus, proactive attitude and cultural fit with Perk’s values.
