Implementation Specialist (French speaker)

About the role
Thomson Reuters is seeking a French‑speaking Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment of ONESOURCE Pagero, an e‑invoicing compliance solution, for global clients. You will combine problem‑solving, technical knowledge, and client communication to ensure successful software configuration and adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a specialist within a cross‑functional implementation team focused on e‑invoicing solutions.
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, run product demos, and deliver end‑user and super‑user training.
- Configure ONESOURCE Pagero to meet client specifications and test implementations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, monitor project timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to resolve customer support cases and scope future needs.
- Produce and maintain project documentation and deliverables.
Required profile
- Interest in software implementation and configuration for large organisations.
- Basic coding knowledge with a desire to deepen technical skills.
- Analytical mindset gained through academic study or personal projects.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to communicate complex solutions to international clients.
- Fluent English and French with strong customer‑service orientation.
