Inbound Sales Intern (English & French)

About the role

Free2move, a global mobility platform offering car rental, car sharing, parking and charging services, is hiring an Inbound Sales Intern in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for French- and English-speaking customers looking for mobility and car rental solutions, helping them choose the right rental option and guiding them through the booking process. The internship is full-time, paid and lasts 6 months, starting in August 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer requests related to car rentals and mobility services
• Identify customer needs and propose the most suitable solution
• Support customers throughout the booking process
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and high satisfaction levels
• Contribute to sales performance and business growth objectives
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information in internal tools

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communication or a related field; a specialization in Sales or Customer Relations is a plus
• Native or fluent French (mandatory); good English (at least B2); Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
• Interest in sales and customer relationship management, and ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Excellent communication, customer-oriented and proactive attitude, with strong listening and adaptability skills

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation principles
• Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support platforms is a plus
