Inbound Sales Representative (French-speaking) – On-site

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join our Barcelona team. You will handle qualified inbound calls, support existing gold customers, and help acquire new business through outbound follow‑ups, all while delivering the “WOW” experience our brand promises.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage qualified inbound calls from commercial customers.
• Provide account management for gold‑level customers and partners.
• Conduct outbound calls to develop and acquire new business opportunities.
• Record all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Track, manage and report on sales pipeline activity.
• Give feedback on sales performance and activity.

Required profile

• Bilingual French (proficient) with advanced English.
• At least one year of sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work toward goals, prioritize tasks and collaborate with a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for logging contacts and activities.
