Industrial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a high‑potential Industrial Controller to join our Finance & IT team in Aranguren, Spain. Reporting to the Country Finance & IT Director, you will act as a true business partner for our two industrial plants, driving financial performance and supporting operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly industrial closing and performance analysis.
• Monitor production costs, margins, and customer profitability.
• Perform detailed variance analysis (price, volume, mix, efficiency).
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX tracking.
• Control inventory, provisions, and working capital.
• Support operations on manufacturing deviations and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Deliver accurate reporting to HQ and collaborate with international teams.
• Identify and lead continuous‑improvement projects in financial and operational processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 4–5 years of controlling experience in a multinational industrial or manufacturing environment, or audit experience with strong industrial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs, margin analysis, inventory and working‑capital management.
• Familiarity with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Proactive, results‑oriented and a collaborative team player.
