Industrial Maintenance Technician

About the role

Airbus Operations in Getafe is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join its high‑performance maintenance team. You will ensure the reliability and technical availability of advanced manufacturing assets in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Level 4+ corrective and preventive maintenance on complex industrial equipment while adhering to HSE standards.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis on automated and electrical systems, delivering permanent technical solutions.
• Supervise and guide maintenance operators during complex interventions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of work orders in the CMMS, ensuring accurate data entry and timely closure.
• Support maintainability and reliability analyses such as Pareto, cost tracking, and Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Provide diagnostic feedback to supervisors, engineers, and asset managers to meet MTTR targets.
• Work on a rotating triple‑shift schedule.

Required profile

• Senior Technical Degree (FP II) in Industrial Maintenance, Automation or Robotics.
• Proven experience in Level 4+ industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing is a plus.
