Industrialization Supply Chain & Quality Manager – Temporary

About the role

A Supply Chain and Quality Manager position has opened within Airbus Defence & Space in the Sevilla area, supporting the Composite and Metallic Detail Parts team across multiple programmes including Eurodrone.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Airbus Defence and Space in front of suppliers.
• Ensure industrial maturity, quality and operational performance of suppliers.
• Lead deployment of Airbus DS quality and supply chain requirements for programmes such as A400M, MRTT, L&M, EFA and Eurodrone.
• Participate in call‑for‑tender processes, new product introductions, work transfers, industrial changes and modifications.
• Manage risk & opportunities, quality escapes, non‑conformities and lead root‑cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain quality or supply chain management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Rigorous, autonomous, customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize workload.
