About the role
ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Low and Medium Voltage Engineer for its Madrid office. The role involves designing electrical systems for renewable energy projects, supporting international engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Design low and medium voltage systems for photovoltaic plants and wind farms.
- Conduct electrical studies such as short‑circuit analysis, load flow, grounding, and loss calculations.
- Prepare technical specifications for inverters, medium‑voltage cells, low‑voltage panels, etc.
- Provide technical support to engineering teams in ACCIONA’s international offices.
Required profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- High level of English (minimum B2).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Powerfactory (DIgSILENT); experience with ETAP, CYMCAP, PVCASE is valued.
