Inside Sales Representative – French Speaker (Barcelona)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who speaks French to join our Barcelona team. You will be responsible for developing new business across the French market, prospecting small and medium‑size enterprises, and closing subscription contracts for our fleet‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new B2B customers.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to build a healthy pipeline.
• Qualify leads, capture mandatory data in internal systems, and schedule live or online demos.
• Prepare and send quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize subscription contracts.
• Identify the right decision‑makers within target organisations.
• Participate in 1:1, team meetings and continuous training sessions.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, tenacious and persuasive with a positive team attitude.
• Natural sales talent who enjoys opening new accounts and building relationships.
• Passionate about technology and comfortable handling objections.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience where outbound calling was a key activity.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) knowledge is a plus.
