Inside Sales Representative (French-speaking) – Automotive – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our automotive team in Barcelona. You will work on‑site, representing a premium automotive brand and supporting prospective customers through structured follow‑up calls.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct follow‑up and support calls with prospects who have shown interest in our products.
• Represent the brand professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and address customer concerns, especially regarding pricing and product preferences.
• Collect and summarise key insights from interactions to aid retailer sales teams.
• Maintain continuity by managing both follow‑up and offer‑related calls with the same prospects.
• Ensure all communications align with the brand’s quality standards and premium positioning.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• High school diploma minimum; background in business, communications or automotive studies preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within automotive or luxury sectors.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products.
• Professional, structured, and discreet handling of sensitive topics such as pricing.
