Instructional Designer – French Speaker

About the role

ATEXIS is seeking a talented Instructional Designer who is fluent in French to join its Content Factory team. You will create high‑impact learning experiences for clients in aerospace, defense, energy and other high‑tech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse training needs and learning objectives to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Design and develop educational materials such as courses, modules, guides and manuals.
• Produce interactive multimedia content (videos, simulations, assessments) in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Apply pedagogical principles and leverage learning technologies, including LMS platforms and authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.

Required profile

• Degree in pedagogy, instructional design or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven instructional design experience (portfolio required).
• Language proficiency: C1 English and B2 French.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.
