Insurance Expert – Spanish Market

About the role

Alan is looking for an experienced Insurance Expert to join its Spanish market team. You will help shape the pricing, risk monitoring and profitability of Alan’s health, death and disability insurance products while working closely with data scientists, designers, engineers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor business performance and risk exposure across the portfolio.
• Define and adjust pricing and re‑pricing strategies for multiple insurance products.
• Improve margin monitoring and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to provide tools and insights for optimal customer experience.
• Analyse portfolio profitability and propose actionable improvements.
• Manage capital allocation, steer reinsurance strategy and maintain relationships with insurance regulators.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in health insurance.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and insurance nuances.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
