Integrated Planner – Engineering Scheduling

About the role

An Integrated Planner is needed within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid). You will prepare and follow up high‑level and detailed schedules for engineering activities and support all planning tasks across the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage top‑level and detailed engineering schedules, monitoring deviations in time and man‑hour budgets.
• Support the chief engineer office in budgeting, programme control and coordination of engineering offers from kick‑off to delivery.
• Track inter‑dependencies, anticipate risks, and ensure alignment with other organisations such as programmes, operations and services.
• Execute annual budget forecasts, manage workload (WL) deltas, and coordinate budget roll‑overs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of engineering experience or a relevant internship.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; German or French is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proactive attitude.
