Internal Auditor – Madrid

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to join our European audit team based in Madrid. The role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, global environment, partnering with stakeholders across multiple European countries and supporting a wide range of business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance internal audits for European entities.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
• Support audit planning, testing, reporting, and follow‑up actions.
• Analyse data and create dashboards and reporting insights using SAP, Power BI, and ERP tools.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across various functions and countries.
• Assist the global audit team in driving best practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of internal audit experience.
• Professional fluency in French or German.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Willingness to work four days per week on‑site in Madrid.
