International Key Account Manager – B2B SaaS for Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an International Key Account Manager to lead B2B SaaS sales for a fast‑growing hospitality technology startup. You will work with major hotel groups across Europe, turning sustainability data into compelling business value and supporting the company’s ambitious international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SaaS sales targeting major European hotel chains and manage an ARR target of approximately €30k per month.
• Engage and convert C‑level stakeholders (CEOs, COOs, Sustainability Directors) across top hospitality groups.
• Build and nurture long‑term strategic relationships, including regular travel throughout Europe.
• Translate complex sustainability metrics (carbon footprint, water usage, energy efficiency) into clear business propositions.
• Identify new business opportunities and close high‑impact deals to drive international growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a startup or scale‑up environment, with a proven track record of exceeding €250k in annual revenue.
• Native or C2 level English proficiency and an international mindset with experience across diverse European markets.
• Strong analytical abilities, results‑driven attitude, and high energy in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of simplifying complex solutions for multiple stakeholders.
• High degree of autonomy, ownership, and ability to operate independently.
