International Product Manager - Endodontics

About the role

Henry Schein, a Fortune 500 company and the world's largest provider of healthcare solutions to office-based dental and medical practitioners, is looking for an International Product Manager for its Endodontics Strategic Business Unit in Madrid (Spain, hybrid). The role works across international markets with colleagues from Marketing, R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams, covering the full product lifecycle from market analysis and strategy to international launches and portfolio development. About 15-25% of the time involves international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of international product strategies.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights, market research and competitive analysis.
• Develop product positioning, pricing recommendations and value propositions.
• Support international product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, distributors and commercial teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in Product Management, Marketing or Category Management within Dental, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline; MBA or postgraduate studies are an advantage.
• Fluent English (required); Spanish and English bilingualism is highly valued.
• Experience with cross-functional and multicultural teams, and strong stakeholder management.
