Inventory Manager

About the role

NPSG Europe is seeking a hands‑on Inventory Manager to work directly on live installation sites across Europe. This onsite role involves managing the flow of materials, components and equipment that keep automation and robotics projects running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Control inbound and outbound deliveries and maintain accurate stock records on each site.
• Track, store and allocate high‑volume materials in 24/7 warehouse environments.
• Ensure installation teams have the right parts at the right time to avoid project delays.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimise material flow.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.

Required profile

• Comfortable working on active construction or industrial sites rather than a desk.
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or logistics, preferably in large‑scale industrial settings.
• Ability to handle high volumes of stock in a fast‑paced, physical environment.

Required skills

• Strong IT proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with databases and digital tracking tools.
