Investment Performance Analyst Intern

About the role

As an Investment Performance Analyst Intern you will collaborate with regional investment managers, local investment teams, external asset managers and in‑house IT specialists, develop and improve documentation and automation of performance data collection, and work alongside experts in investment performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional investment managers, local investment teams, external asset managers and in‑house IT specialists.
• Develop and improve documentation and automation of the performance data collection and delivery process, including quality control.
• Work alongside experts in investment performance analysis, gaining insights into measurement, attribution, appraisal and reporting of economic investment performance.
• Enhance your skills with real‑world experience.
• Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity.

Required profile

• Active student status with a Spanish university or school (mandatory).
• Passionate about a career in investment management.
• Available for at least a 6‑month part‑time internship.
• Investment‑savvy with a curious mind.
• Enthusiastic, capable, and eager to learn.
• Good team player with a responsible, can‑do attitude.
• Organized and structured, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Very good English communication skills (written and spoken).
