IT Specialist – Europe & Asia

About the role

Cosmo International Fragrances is seeking an IT Specialist to support its European and Asian sites. Based in Barcelona, you will join a global IT team, providing first‑ and second‑level support while contributing to infrastructure and digital transformation projects across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote Help Desk support for users in Spain, France, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows, macOS and barcode devices.
• Support network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and VLANs.
• Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtual machines, backups and security solutions.
• Provide technical assistance for production and laboratory IT systems.
• Maintain IT hardware inventory and spare parts.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Participate in international IT infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk or infrastructure within an industrial or commercial environment.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English; French is a plus.
