IT Support Specialist – Level 1 (Automotive Solutions, Swedish Market)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Level 1) to join our Automotive Solutions team serving the Swedish market. You will provide first‑line technical assistance to professional users, handling incidents and requests across hardware, software and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing tools.
• Provide first‑line technical support via phone, email and other channels.
• Diagnose and resolve issues remotely with access tools.
• Analyze hardware, software and application incidents, applying troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Document, track and close tickets or escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with international teams and other departments.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base improvement and internal documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in first‑line IT technical support.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to follow established processes.
• Good communication skills in English; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
