IT Support Specialist – Level 1 (Automotive Solutions, Turkish Market)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Level 1) to join Bosch Service Solutions’ Automotive Solutions team serving the Turkish market. Based in Alcobendas, you will provide first‑line technical assistance to professional users, ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently and customers receive high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and manage incidents and service requests through ticketing tools.
• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software and application issues via phone, email and remote access.
• Diagnose problems, perform root‑cause analysis and either resolve or appropriately escalate tickets.
• Document actions, update ticket status and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with internal departments and international teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in first‑line IT technical support, preferably in a BPO or service‑oriented environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot diverse technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language abilities are a plus.
• Motivation to work in a multicultural, automotive‑focused setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ticketing systems.
• Use of remote access tools for diagnosis and resolution.
• Knowledge of hardware, software and application troubleshooting.
