IT Support Specialist (Level 2) – Madrid

About the role

Capitole Consulting is looking for a passionate IT Support Specialist (Level 2) to provide technical assistance to end users and keep workplace services running smoothly. You will work in a hybrid model, combining onsite presence with remote support, and will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, track and resolve incidents and service requests using Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management.
• Provide both onsite and remote support to end users.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory and related policies.
• Install, configure and deploy workstations and end‑user equipment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Ensure proper categorisation, prioritisation and follow‑up of support activities.

Required profile

• Vocational training in IT or a related higher‑education degree.
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments.
• Experience with Active Directory and policy management.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management.
• Ability to document solutions and maintain knowledge‑management practices.
• Additional language skills and customer‑facing support experience are a plus.
