IT System Administrator – Infrastructure & Endpoint Management

About the role

Fadata Group is seeking an IT System Administrator to join its global team supporting insurance‑industry software solutions. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining both software systems and hardware across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor internal IT environments, software services, and customer systems, alerting relevant departments of any issues.
• Administer Active Directory, including user/group management and Group Policy.
• Support and manage macOS endpoints, handling device enrollment, configuration, patching, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain Jamf Pro policies, configuration profiles, inventory, application deployment, OS updates, and compliance enforcement.
• Implement and support Identity and Access Management solutions such as SSO, MFA, and privilege elevation.
• Provide technical support to end‑users and service‑desk agents, resolving incidents efficiently.
• Maintain computer networks, hardware, software applications, and related configurations.
• Collaborate with vendors and the Information Security team to ensure security and compliance best practices.
• Document system configurations, changes, and technical procedures.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
• Proven expertise in managing macOS devices in a business environment.
• Practical knowledge of Jamf Pro for endpoint management.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts, SSO, MFA, and privilege delegation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide user support.
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate technical documentation.
