About the role

We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast‑growing health‑tech company. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top IT talent that will help us continue to innovate in the digital orthodontic space.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑quality candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct‑sourcing tools.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Write compelling job descriptions and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote and enhance the employer brand across markets.
• Support cross‑market recruitment projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare or a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Passion for identifying and hiring the best talent.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
