Italian Kitchen Cook – Ibiza

About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook specialized in Italian cuisine to join the kitchen team at our hotel in Ibiza. You will work under the Head Chef, preparing authentic dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes according to the technical sheets of the established menu rotation.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and support the Head Chef in daily tasks.
• Assist with cost control, inventory management and purchasing activities.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration and restocking of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies following established standards and orders.
• Carry out duties in compliance with current safety and hygiene legislation.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• Completed HACCP (APPCC) course.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen position.
• No language requirement; hospitality knowledge is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude, creativity, stress tolerance and meticulous work habits.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) knowledge.
