Jefe/a de Restaurante – Menorca

About the role

Barceló Group is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the dining operations at Barceló Nura in Menorca. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, driving sales, and ensuring a memorable guest experience in a dynamic, upscale hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control all processes related to restaurant and bar service.
• Achieve departmental sales targets and revenue goals through promotional actions and staff training.
• Organise and coordinate the various food‑and‑beverage services.
• Control costs by efficiently managing resources.
• Lead, train, motivate and develop the restaurant team.
• Maintain service quality in line with guest expectations and the Maitre’s standards.

Required profile

• Higher‑level hospitality or tourism qualification (e.g., Superior Cycle in Hospitality, Tourism degree).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar restaurant management role.
• High level of English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Professional appearance and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• HACCP (APPCC) knowledge.
• Proficiency with office software (word processing, spreadsheets).
