Jefe/a de Spa – Hotel Santiago

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the Spa department of Hotel Santiago, ensuring high‑quality service, cost control and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for the overall operation, staff management and commercial performance of the Spa.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and meet production, cost‑control and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Supervise compliance with all operational protocols.
• Coordinate promotional offers and client acquisition strategies with the Hotel Director.
• Recruit, onboard, train, schedule and manage the Spa team.
• Handle administrative and accounting tasks related to Spa revenue collection.
• Plan, implement and monitor service‑quality improvement actions.
• Oversee commercial activities, sales, treatment development and client billing.
• Manage procurement of materials and products used in Spa services.
• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance, reporting any issues to the Governess and Maintenance Manager.

Required profile

• Mid‑level vocational training (medium or higher degree).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar Spa management role.
• High level of English; other languages are a plus.
• Organisational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a global vision of the department.

• Office software proficiency.
