Judo Extracurricular Monitor (Low IT Substitution)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Judo monitor to lead extracurricular Judo sessions for our students. The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment that supports the physical and social development of participants. You will work closely with teachers and external providers to ensure the program aligns with school values.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging extracurricular activities that promote physical fitness, teamwork and personal growth.
• Monitor and evaluate student participation, collect feedback and adjust the program to meet learners’ needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff and external providers to coordinate schedules, resources and safety procedures.
• Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and foster an inclusive atmosphere for every student.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in planning, delivering and evaluating extracurricular or recreational activities.
• A degree in education, recreation, sport sciences or a related field demonstrating a solid academic foundation.

Required skills

• Creativity and innovation in designing activity programmes that capture students’ interest.
• Strong organisational and instructional abilities to manage sessions effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, parents and external partners.
