Junior Business Data Analyst – Customer Success

About the role

Join Vonage’s Customer Success team as a Junior Business Data Analyst. You will help monitor workflows, analyse performance metrics and support data‑driven decisions that improve our global customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor interconnection workflow and follow up with multiple stakeholders.
• Track and report on Customer Success Operations performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Support the creation and enhancement of performance dashboards.
• Provide data for projects and ad‑hoc activities across Business, Technical Account Management, Support and Data Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with analysts in other units to ensure data consistency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with regular interaction across management levels.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to apply business logic to large data sets.

• SQL

• Data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• AI‑assisted dashboard creation or AI agent development
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts
