About the role
The Vall d'Hebron Research Institute is seeking a proactive Junior Communication & Dissemination Manager to support the visibility and impact of its Rare Anaemia Disorders research portfolio. You will translate scientific results into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the group’s social media channels – plan, copywrite, schedule, publish and monitor performance.
- Draft, edit and publish news articles and other content on project websites.
- Create visual communication assets such as infographics, flyers, presentations and promotional materials.
- Produce and edit short videos and multimedia for digital campaigns and events.
- Coordinate website updates with external providers and handle technical requests.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, PowerPoint presentations and minutes.
- Collaborate with researchers to understand goals and turn them into effective communication outputs.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging communication technologies and trends.
Required profile
- Creative, proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong interest in health/medical research communication.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to work closely with scientific teams and external partners.
