Junior Consultant Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Consultant Project Manager to join our Consulting team in Valencia. You will support digital transformation projects for Volkswagen Group partners, applying project‑management methods and delivering strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Support consulting projects from conception to implementation, focusing on digital transformation.
• Apply project‑management methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
• Structure content, analyse problems and propose creative solutions.
• Facilitate and moderate meetings across different hierarchical levels and cultures.
• Work on multiple topics in parallel, including customer projects, internal initiatives and business‑development support.

Required profile

• University degree in management, economics, engineering or a quantitative field; Master’s degree in Business Management is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role, with digital‑transformation exposure.
• Experience in structure and process analysis for transformation projects (automotive experience is a plus).
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent English (German is a plus) and intercultural teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe and the Americas.
