Junior Corporate Partnerships Associate

About the role

Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking a Junior Corporate Partnerships Associate to develop and expand relationships with large corporations for its Enterprise & AI program. The role combines sales development, partnership management, and event support, allowing you to work directly with senior executives and innovative startups.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and manage a pipeline of corporate prospects for the Enterprise & AI program.
• Collaborate with the vertical Director and Senior Partnership Manager to negotiate and close corporate membership contracts.
• Produce and maintain sales and marketing materials such as presentation decks, case studies, and contact lists.
• Provide event production and logistical support for demo days, mentor sessions, and other corporate‑startup engagements.
• Conduct market research and business analysis to uncover new sectors and competitive opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, community building, accelerator management or similar stakeholder‑engagement roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success as an outbound Sales Development Representative.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and professional social networks.
• Entrepreneurial, roll‑up‑the‑sleeves attitude and passion for technology and business.
