Junior Graphic Designer – Branding & Localization (Europe)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our European marketing team. You will focus on adapting and localising existing digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency across multiple markets while gaining exposure to a variety of design tools.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt digital and print marketing materials for product launches, promotions, events and local campaigns.
• Localise global assets for different European markets, maintaining visual consistency.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to adjust layouts, visuals and messaging for local needs.
• Support preparation of marketing collateral for events, promotions and sales initiatives.
• Perform basic video editing and content adaptation for digital channels and social media.
• Manage translations and artwork updates, coordinating with external translation agencies when required.
• Maintain and organise marketing assets, templates and brand resources.
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Contribute to improving internal workflows and asset‑management processes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Graphic Design or Marketing Design.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects for simple video adaptations.
• Experience using Canva and Figma.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple adaptation projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
