Junior IT Support / Service Desk – Client Support

About the role

As a member of the Client Support team, you will provide first‑line IT assistance to internal users across various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations in a modern, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for hardware and software issues, delivering 1st and 2nd level support remotely or on‑site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems within a Microsoft client environment.
• Assist with IT projects such as software rollouts, hardware installations, and migrations.
• Contribute to documentation, user guides, and basic user training sessions.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues across different locations.

Required profile

• Completed IT training, current IT studies, or initial experience in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and common office applications.
• Understanding of fundamental IT concepts (hardware, software, networks).
• Strong willingness to learn, customer‑oriented mindset, and structured work approach.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
