Junior Legal Counsel (Spain & Portugal)

About the role

The Junior Legal Counsel will support Legends Global Iberia’s legal department on a wide range of commercial and operational matters across Spain and Portugal. You will work with six business verticals – merchandising, food & beverage, consultancy, project development, global sales and partnerships – providing practical legal advice in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as supplier, service, licensing, procurement contracts and NDAs.
• Support business stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle, from initial review to execution and ongoing management.
• Prepare contract summaries and deliver business‑oriented legal advice.
• Assist merchandising and e‑commerce teams with consumer protection, promotions, marketing and digital operations, including website terms and policies.
• Provide day‑to‑day data‑protection support, including drafting data‑processing agreements and advising on compliance matters.

Required profile

• Commercially minded lawyer seeking broad in‑house exposure.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international business setting.
• Strong analytical abilities and a pragmatic approach to legal risk.

Required skills

• Legal drafting and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of e‑commerce, retail and consumer law.
• Data‑protection compliance experience.
