Junior Market Research Analyst (Pharmacy Graduate, French-Speaking)

About the role

IQVIA is recruiting Pharmacy Graduates who speak French to join its Madrid Center of Excellence office. As a Junior Market Research Analyst, you will perform data analytics on messages from healthcare professionals about perceptions of medical product presentations, covering arguments, summaries of new products, competitor positioning and the impact of laboratory communications. You will support internal project teams and external client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support solutions for internal and external client project teams
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets, for example through coding
• Continuously monitor healthcare professionals' messages collected by the internal panel team in the assigned therapeutic area
• Create report specifications based on business needs and available data
• Produce datasets and reports (e.g. PPT files) using IQVIA tools, and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Manipulate and transform data to optimise analyses
• Take part in client presentations and process improvement initiatives, and possibly present to an existing customer
• Audit own work and that of others, and work with data systems and cross-functionally to resolve data quality issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy (preferred), Biology or Biostatistics
• C2-level native French speaker
• 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably with pharmaceutical data and/or market research
• Interest in healthcare and medical product communication, and excellent written and oral communication skills
