Junior Mechanical Site Manager

About the role

VINCI Energies Spain is seeking a Junior Mechanical Site Manager to join its Renewable Gases Business Unit. You will support the construction of a biomethane EPC project, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing sector while working alongside experienced engineers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overall project management and scheduling.
• Participate in process and mechanical engineering tasks, preparing plans and documentation.
• Oversee construction, installation and commissioning of biomethane plant equipment such as valves, instrumentation, agitators, pumps, heat exchangers and storage tanks.
• Ensure installations comply with project drawings, P&IDs, standards and specifications.
• Monitor safety compliance of the team and subcontractors.
• Track construction schedules, produce progress reports and manage punch‑list items.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical, Process, Industrial or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Zero to two years of experience as a junior site manager (or no experience).
• Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of ASME, API or European codes is a plus.
• Advanced Spanish (C1) and upper‑intermediate English or French (B2).
• Willingness to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally.
