Junior Project Manager - Industrial Construction Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced and highly organized Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale industrial projects on site in Córdoba. The role offers hands-on experience in complex industrial projects alongside experienced project and construction management professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team in planning, coordinating and executing complex industrial construction projects
• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets and cost control, tracking milestones, deliverables and performance metrics
• Support coordination and oversight of MEP activities and coordinate activities across contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and clients
• Monitor progress, flag delays or issues and help implement corrective actions
• Maintain project documentation such as plans, status reports, risk registers, meeting minutes and action trackers
• Attend meetings, record decisions and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Track cost drivers, assist with budget management and forecasting, and support risk identification and mitigation
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, design teams, contractors and senior management, and support resource planning
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards and health and safety requirements

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Project management experience on construction projects, with a preference for industrial projects
• English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Availability for on-site work

Required skills

• Advanced spreadsheet, report writing and presentation skills
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
