Junior Project Manager – Pharma

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support pharma‑related client campaigns within WPP Production. The role will coordinate the adaptation and localisation of AV, print and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency, quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the brand and quality‑control guardian, safeguarding brand standards.
• Understand client business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Manage local market campaigns from brief through delivery, guaranteeing on‑time, high‑quality materials.
• Monitor internal workflows, identify improvement opportunities and recommend changes.
• Control campaign timelines, annual forecasts and budget scope.
• Assist with financial reporting and manage agreed budgets.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for agency, client and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate between Project/Adaptation Management, WPP Production, clients and agencies.
• Oversee end‑to‑end AV, print and digital adaptation processes, liaising with media agencies and clearance bodies.
• Manage workload, flag support needs to line manager and ensure successful project completion.
• Support and train Account Managers/Executives, leading the team to optimal performance.
• Follow agreed workflows and utilise project‑management tools.
• Perform quality checks on PDFs, emails, TVCs and other materials before client delivery.
• Escalate quality issues and compile information for client reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Strong social and negotiation skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in TV, print or digital production, with adaptation and localisation expertise.
• Understanding of creative expansion or a creative background is desirable.
• Excellent project, time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and client‑focused.
