Junior React Developer

About the role

Pixel Systems is looking for a Junior React Developer to help build and maintain user interfaces for internal admin panels, dashboards, and custom web applications. This is a full‑time, permanent position within a small, fully remote engineering team focused on pragmatic, production‑ready tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update React components for internal admin panels and dashboards.
• Write clean, maintainable code that emphasizes functionality and ease of maintenance.
• Connect frontend interfaces to existing Node.js APIs and PostgreSQL databases.
• Update project documentation and README files to reflect code changes.
• Fix reported bugs to keep client applications running smoothly.
• Test features across devices to ensure accessibility and reliability.
• Participate in team syncs and weekly demos to showcase progress.
• Collaborate with senior developers for code reviews and learning project‑specific patterns.

Required profile

• Foundational understanding of React, JavaScript, and basic web concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and curiosity about data structures.
• Ability to write clear English in code comments and team updates.
• High attention to detail, especially in layout consistency.
• Preference for simple, reliable solutions over experimental technologies.
