Junior Sales Executive – French Market

About the role

Join Click&Boat’s sales team in Barcelona as a Junior Sales Executive focused on the French market. You will work with warm leads, guide French‑speaking customers through the boat‑rental booking process, and collaborate with supply and customer‑care teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and advise them on suitable boat options.
• Negotiate the best prices with boat owners to secure attractive deals.
• Convert warm leads by applying sales strategies and supporting customers through the entire booking journey.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Work occasional Saturdays during the summer season, with compensatory time off.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and fluent in English.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Team player who takes initiative and prioritises customer satisfaction.
