About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a motivated newcomer to join its international sales team in Barcelona. This entry‑level position focuses on helping hotel owners understand how the platform can support their business, with a strong emphasis on learning and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of sales and how to engage with customers.
• Assist hotel owners in identifying solutions that match their needs.
• Work towards clear, achievable sales targets with coaching support.
• Develop presentation and communication skills to confidently convey ideas.
• Track conversations and activities using the company’s CRM system.
• Participate in industry events or customer meetings as guided by the team.

Required profile

• Looking for a first job in sales.
• Motivated by commercial, performance‑driven environments.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and comfortable communicating in English.
• Friendly, curious, eager to learn and open to feedback.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to try new challenges.
