Junior Sales Recruiter – Uncapped Commission – Barcelona

About the role

Join Tenth Revolution Group’s fast‑growing European hub in Barcelona as a Junior Sales Recruiter. You will help technology professionals find new opportunities across French, Benelux and German‑speaking markets while building a client base for the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
• Identify, engage and qualify top technology talent.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage.
• Perform outbound business‑development calls and meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
• Promote your personal brand and market presence within the tech recruitment sector.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, German or Dutch (native or C2 level) with strong English for internal communication.
• Experience in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments such as sales, hospitality, retail, call‑centres, fundraising or business development.
• Resilient, ambitious, coachable and comfortable making daily cold calls.
• Proven ability to work towards KPIs and performance metrics.

• Confidence speaking with new people regularly.
