Junior SOC Analyst – Cybersecurity

About the role

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Junior SOC Analyst to support a leading insurance client. You will join a hybrid team in Barcelona, focusing on password security and incident response within a complex corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure password strength across the organization and manage related security scans.
• Resolve detected password issues and maintain up‑to‑date troubleshooting documentation.
• Coordinate with network, systems, and database teams to address security incidents.
• Report coverage rates and results to the password team and relevant committees.
• Analyze root causes of incidents and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Required profile

• Academic background in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge of cybersecurity environments and integration.
• Familiarity with complex corporate IT landscapes.
• High level of English for an international setting.
