Junior Social Media / Community Manager

About the role

Join Stayforlong’s Marketing team as a Junior Social Media / Community Manager. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will own the brand’s social presence, create engaging content, manage community interactions and use data to optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the frontline voice on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other channels, handling messages, comments and community engagement.
• Concept, shoot, write and edit multimedia assets (videos, stories, carousels) that match the brand’s visual identity and tone.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Influencer Managers and Technical teams to resolve community blockers and align campaigns.
• Run monthly performance reviews, analyse views, engagement, follower growth and translate insights into actionable adjustments.
• Review and approve influencer and user‑generated content to ensure brand standards are met.
• Keep leadership informed about platform trends, algorithm changes and audience sentiment.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a passion for travel and digital communities.
• Strong written communication and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while seeking guidance when needed.
