Junior Space Designer – Retail

About the role

MAM Originals is expanding its Retail & Experiential Design department and seeks a Junior Space Designer to help translate the brand’s universe into compelling physical environments. Based in Barcelona, you will work on stores, pop‑ups, and event spaces, turning creative concepts into detailed, build‑ready designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design retail and experiential spaces that reflect MAM’s brand identity.
• Develop spatial concepts from initial idea through technical execution.
• Create 3D models and visualizations using Blender and Rhinoceros.
• Produce technical drawings and documentation in AutoCAD.
• Define materials, lighting, furniture, and overall user experience.
• Coordinate with suppliers and support production and installation processes.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and branding teams to ensure consistency.

Required profile

• Based in Barcelona and able to work on‑site.
• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Spatial Design.
• Experience with retail, exhibition, or commercial projects.
• Strong aesthetic judgment regarding materials, lighting, proportion, and atmosphere.
• Fluent English for an international work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rhinoceros.
• Experience with Blender for modeling and rendering.
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD for technical development.
